To cancel your PREMIUM or PLATINUM subscription, log in to your account and go to your Account Usage page.
Click on the Downgrade button at the bottom of the page to end your subscription and return to a BASIC, free account.
Your account will remain PREMIUM or PLATINUM until the end date of your current subscription and will then switch to BASIC.
