Removing personal information
Upon receipt of your request, we will proceed to ensuring that the personal information in question is unavailable within 28 days.
We would like to stress the fact that this procedure should not be construed as a refusal on our part to enforce your rights; it is simply necessary to formalize our correspondence.
The right to erasure concerns only your own personally identifiable data. You must therefore provide proof of identity when making your request and, except for parents or legal guardians of a minor aged 15 or younger, you may not request the deletion on behalf of another individual.
When your right to erasure is exercised, we will conserve data related to proof of identity for a period of 3 years.
