Audio and video inserted in your original document will not be converted when you upload your file to Calaméo.
You will need to add these separately to your publication after uploading it to Calaméo, using the Calaméo Editor.
The only interactivity maintained from your PDF document will be links (if created by drawing a rectangle around the text or object you wish to contain the link) and the table of contents (if created using Bookmarks).
