What is Fillout?
Fillout is an online application that makes it easy to create interactive forms. It offers a user-friendly interface to design different types of forms such as questionnaires, surveys, appointment bookings, or contact requests. Advanced options are available, such as conditional logic, automation of certain actions (for example automatic email sending), and integrations with other tools to centralize and analyze responses.
Here are some ways you can use Calaméo in your sales brochures, catalogs, and other Calaméo publications:
- Generate leads and contacts : embed a form directly in your brochures or catalogs to collect valuable information such as email addresses, phone numbers, or quote requests, without your readers having to leave the publication.
- Conduct surveys and polls : create interactive questionnaires to gather your readers’ feedback on your products, services, or expectations. This provides actionable data to better understand and target your audience.
- Event registration : make it easier for participants to join your conferences, workshops, or demonstrations by embedding a registration form directly in your published documents. Readers can register immediately, streamlining the process.
- Collect demographic information : add a form to request simple data (age, location, industry, job function…) and gain better insights into your audience, useful for refining your marketing actions.
- Track engagement : responses collected via Fillout can be centralized and analyzed. This way, you measure your readers’ level of interaction with your content and adjust your publications or campaigns accordingly.
How do I integrate Fillout into my Calaméo account?
Click on your account avatar in the top right-hand corner to access the navigation menu:
You can use and manage Integrations by clicking here:
To add a new integration, click the blue "+ Install" button.
In the window that opens, select "Fillout".
You will be redirected to the "Fillout" login page to enter your credentials:
Then authorize the connection between Calaméo and "Fillout":
Finally, select a default form to complete your integration.
