What is Formbricks?
Formbricks is an open-source platform designed to easily and flexibly collect and analyze user feedback. It allows you to create customized surveys and forms that can be directly integrated into a website, an application, or even an online document. Thanks to its contextual triggering options and seamless integration with other tools, Formbricks helps gather precise information at the right time. It is an ideal solution to enhance the reader experience, understand their expectations, and turn these insights into concrete actions.
Here are some ways you can use Formbricks in your sales brochures, catalogs, and other Calaméo publications:
- Generate leads and contacts : by embedding a Formbricks form in your flipbooks, brochures, or catalogs, you can easily collect the contact details of prospects interested in your products and services, such as email addresses or phone numbers.
- Conduct surveys and polls : with Formbricks, insert interactive surveys into your flipbooks, brochures, or catalogs to gather information about your customers’ preferences and expectations, and use these insights to refine your offer.
- Event registration : by adding a form to your flipbooks, you can collect valuable audience data (age, location, interests, etc.) to better understand your readers and personalize your marketing actions.
- Collect demographic information : add a form to request simple data (age, location, industry, role, etc.) and gain a better overview of your audience, useful to fine-tune your marketing actions.

How to integrate Formbricks with my Calaméo account?
Click on your account avatar in the top right-hand corner to access the navigation menu:
You can use and manage Integrations by clicking here:
To add a new integration, click on the blue "+ Install" button.
In the window that opens, select "Formbricks".
Then, enter your Formbricks API key.
The API key is provided by Formbricks. You can obtain your key from the Formbricks dashboard at https://app.formbricks.com/.
