What is OnceHub?
OnceHub is an online platform that simplifies and automates appointment scheduling. It allows your prospects, clients, or partners to easily book a time slot directly in your calendar without endless email exchanges. Connected to your usual calendars (Google, Outlook, Office 365…), OnceHub updates your availability in real time, avoids double bookings, and automatically sends reminders to reduce no-shows. With advanced options, you can qualify a prospect beforehand, direct them to the right person on your team, and provide a smooth and professional experience tailored to each time zone.
Here are some ways you can use OnceHub in your sales brochures, catalogs, and other Calaméo publications:
- Schedule meetings with a salesperson: if you feature your products or services in an interactive catalog, you can embed a OnceHub link allowing your prospects to book a time slot directly with your sales team. No more back-and-forth emails—appointments are scheduled in just a few clicks.
- Organize product demos: in your sales brochures, add a “Schedule a Demo” button linked to OnceHub. Interested readers can pick a convenient time, increasing the chances of turning their interest into opportunities.
- Plan consulting appointments: if you publish guides or whitepapers on Calaméo, you can offer readers the chance to discuss a topic with an expert via OnceHub for deeper insights or personalized recommendations.
- Facilitate event registration: for a webinar, training session, or online presentation, OnceHub allows you to embed a booking page directly in your publication. Participants can select a slot and receive automatic reminders.

How to integrate OnceHub with my Calaméo account?
Click on your account avatar in the top right corner to access the navigation menu:
You can use and manage Integrations by clicking here:
To add a new integration, click the blue "+ Install" button.
In the window that opens, select "OnceHub".
Then, enter your OnceHub API key.
The API key is provided by OnceHub. You can obtain your key from the OnceHub dashboard at https://app.oncehub.com/.
