HubSpot Meetings is an online scheduling tool integrated with the HubSpot suite. It allows prospects, clients, or partners to easily book a time slot in your calendar without email exchanges or wasted time. Directly linked to your calendars (Google, Office 365), it shows your availability in real time and automatically syncs with your HubSpot CRM. Every scheduled meeting automatically updates the contact record, making sales and marketing follow-up easier. HubSpot Meetings is ideal for streamlining appointment booking, accelerating the sales cycle, and improving the customer experience with a simple, clear, and professional organization.
Here are some examples of how you can use Calaméo in your sales brochures, catalogs, or any other document published on Calaméo:
- Give direct access to your sales team: in your interactive catalogs, add a HubSpot Meetings link so your prospects can schedule an online appointment with you. The slot is instantly confirmed and integrated into the CRM, simplifying lead qualification.
- Offer a product demo: in a sales brochure, insert a “Schedule a demo” button linked to HubSpot Meetings. Interested readers choose the time that suits them, and the meeting is added directly to your sales pipeline.
- Manage event registrations: for an online workshop, webinar, or training session, HubSpot Meetings can be embedded in your publications. Participants select their slot and are automatically recorded in your CRM for easier follow-up.

How to integrate HubSpot Meetings with my Calaméo account?
Click on your account avatar in the top right corner to access the navigation menu:
You can use and manage Integrations by clicking here:
To add a new integration, click on the blue "+ Install" button.
In the window that opens, select "HubSpot Meetings".
You will be redirected to the HubSpot Meetings login page.
All you need to do is select a default calendar to finalize your integration.
