Full recap and information in our video:

The Automatic link detection feature allows you to identify and automatically add URL, Email, and Phone links found in your publication.

To use it, go to the Publications page of your account.

Hover your mouse over the publication and click the Arrow to open the drop‑down menu. Select Editor.

Once the Editor is open, click the star icon located in the bottom toolbar to open the Automatic link detection panel.

In the Automatic link detection window that opens, the following options are selected by default (click any of them to deselect it):

  • URL — identifies and automatically extracts web links from the text.
  • Email — detects and extracts email addresses found in the content.
  • Phone — identifies and retrieves phone numbers found in the content.

When your settings are ready (and after deselecting anything you do not want to detect), click Detect to start the process. The detected links will be automatically added to your publication.

You can then edit or delete the generated links directly in the Editor.

Automatic detection applies only to the text of your publication — it cannot analyze the content of images (no detection or extraction is possible inside an image).
