How can I make sure my personalized elements are available in HTTPS?

In general, using an SSL certificate is necessary in order for your URLs to be available in HTTPS.

This SSL certificate can be installed on your server or may already be provided by your hosting service.

Because every individual situation is different, we invite you to contact your webmaster or network administrator for further information.

Calaméo's viewer will automatically use the HTTPS URLs available for the personalization elements you have defined for your publications.

This includes logo, background music, background image, media inserted via the Calaméo Editor and custom Skins.

For example, if your current URL is http://mydomain.com/skin.xml, the Calaméo viewer will automatically convert the URL used to https://mydomain.com/skin.xml
