My custom Skin does not display correctly on my publications. What should I do?

Be sure that your custom Skin is available in HTTPS.

If you observe a problem with the display of your custom Skin, please verify that you have actived CORS (Cross Origin Resource Sharing) on your server or wherever your Skin is hosted.

You must allow Calaméo access to your Skin by placing a "crossdomain.xml" file containing the following text at the root of your domain:

<!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy SYSTEM "http://www.macromedia.com/xml/dtds/cross-domain-policy.dtd">
<cross-domain-policy>
<allow-access-from domain="*.calameo.com" />
</cross-domain-policy>
