This feature is exclusive to PLATINUM accounts. If you are a BASIC or PREMIUM user and wish to benefit from this feature, please upgrade.
PLATINUM users can add custom logos, backgrounds and themes to multiple publications simultaneously.
All of the customization elements that you wish to apply to your publications must be uploaded to the Elements section of your account.
To apply an uploaded element to multiple publications, go to the Settings page of your account.
Click on Elements on the left hand side, then find the logo, background or theme that you wish to add to your publications.
Click on the Arrow to the right of the resource.
You can choose to apply your resource to individual publications by selecting “Apply to specific publications…”.
Place your cursor over the publications you wish to display your custom resource and click to select.
To finish, click the green “LET’S GO!” button.
You can also choose to apply your resource to all of the publications in a single Folder.
Select “Apply to all in Folder…” then choose the Folder whose publications you wish to display your custom resource.
To finish, click the green “LET’S GO!” button.
Please note that you will only be able apply your customization elements to publications that have already been uploaded to your Calaméo account. Learn how to save customization settings for future publications here.
