It is possible, at any time, to disable two-factor authentication for a User of your account.
To do so, you will need to own an Administrator profile for this account.
Log in to your profile and go to the Settings tab.
Click on Users on the left hand side.
Then click on the Pencil icon next to the User for whom for which you wish to proceed.
In the modal that opens, click on the "Two-Factor authentication" tab and then on the "DISABLE THIS USER TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION" button
If you are the only user of the account, then we invite you to send us a formal signed request along with an identification document, the relevant email address and requesting the deactivation of the two-factor authentication of your profile.
