How to disable Two-Factor authentication for yourself or your User?

It is possible, at any time, to disable two-factor authentication for a User of your account.

To do so, you will need to own an Administrator profile for this account.

Go to your Users Management page:

Click on the User for whom for which you wish to proceed.


In the modal that opens, click on the "Two-Factor authentication" tab and then on the "Disable this user two-factor authentication" button.

If you are the only user of the account, then we invite you to send us a formal signed request along with an identification document, the relevant email address and requesting the deactivation of the two-factor authentication of your profile.

You can send this letter to the following address:
